Ahson Kamal is a voice AI product leader and founder of Accelevate, with more than a decade of experience in healthcare technology and complex operational workflows.

He led product development of Helen, Healthengine’s AI receptionist, which launched nationally to GP practices across Australia. He then joined Avoca Systems as founding Product Manager, where he led multiple inbound and outbound voice AI deployments for enterprise customers.

His approach combines systems thinking, voice user experience and product strategy, informed by building AI for high-stakes healthcare environments. He focuses on how people interact with voice AI, how it fits into complex workflows, and what it takes to make those interactions dependable in practice.

At Accelevate, Ahson applies that experience across industries, helping organisations build and operate voice AI built around their business. He is a finalist for AI Leader of the Year (SME) at the Australian AI Awards 2026.
