I am a UAE‑based Emirati business transformation leader, AI strategist, future foresight researcher, moderator and international speaker with extensive experience across real estate development, facilities and asset management, administration and institutional relations.

I serve as Director of Facilities Management and Administration at Dubai Holding Real Estate, representing the Business Transformation Department and contributing to operational excellence, innovation and future readiness.

I am also the Founder of Miranco Innovation and AI & Beyond Consultancy, focusing on translating AI, agentic systems, robotics, smart cities and emerging technologies into practical, sustainable and human‑centred solutions.

My leadership has been recognised through distinctions such as Visionary Leader of the Year 2025 (Forttuna Global Excellence Awards), inclusion among the 100 Global Legacy Makers, and recognition by the World AI Technology Expo 2025 for contributions to AI and innovation.
