As the AI Chief Technology Officer for the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, I am leading our national mission to establish Ukraine as a top-three global leader in GovTech through the power of artificial intelligence. Our goal is to build an independent AI ecosystem that seamlessly integrates into the daily lives of Ukrainians, making government services exceptionally accessible, efficient, and user-centric. My team is focused on developing innovative products that redefine the citizen-state relationship. This includes creating intelligent assistants for government communication, digital platforms to automate bureaucracy, and transformative solutions for healthcare, legal aid, and transportation. We are actively attracting international partners, investment, and expertise to build a strong national AI brand and advance Ukraine’s position in the global tech community.
