As the Head of AI, Data, and Innovation at Zand, Haishan Wu leads the bank’s efforts in leveraging AI and advanced technologies to enhance digital banking solutions. With a rich background in AI and data science, Haishan brings a wealth of experience to Zand, having previously served as Deputy General Manager of the AI Department at WeBank.   Before joining Zand, Haishan held prominent leadership positions, including Director of AI and Data Science at BlackRock and CTO of Baidu Capital. His dedication to innovative projects has earned him recognition by MIT Technology Review as one of the 35 Innovators Under 35 in China and a spot among the Top 50 Data Scientists in China.   Dr. Wu completed his doctorate at Fudan University and conducted research at Princeton University, further cementing his expertise in the field. His role at Zand involves driving the strategic integration of AI and data-driven insights, positioning Zand as the AI-powered bank for the digital economy.
